This past month, Stella and her friends partied at Kilbourn Reservoir Park, the future site of Stella’s Playground! Neighbors came together for an afternoon of family fun and celebration featuring Stella’s Dragon Stroll, wheelchair basketball with the Ability Center, treats from Pete’s Pops, and more — rallying the community to help create a playground for children of all abilities!
