Stella’s Playground joined the annual Riverwest 24 (RW 24), a 24-hour community bike ride on July 26, 2025, as a Bonus Checkpoint at Kilbourn Reservoir Park, the future site of Milwaukee’s first universally accessible and inclusive playground.
During the checkpoint, 300 riders tapped into their creativity by sketching their dream playgrounds, and 200 participants proudly joined the dragon squad with the help of Stella herself, who applied dragon-themed temporary tattoos to fuel the fun.
The imagination and creativity in every participant’s design amazed us. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported Stella’s Playground. We hope your bonus points helped your team soar to the top!
